Zakynthos

Zakynthos is the soul, the capital and the main port of the island.

That is where it all happens. Almost a fourth of the 40,000 inhabitants of Zante live there.

The majestic mountains to one side and the marvelous sea to the other, frame boats, anglers, statues, taverns and cafes with magic.

You must visit the marvelous Agios Dionysius Cathedral and the pleasant Solomos Squar

There is no doubt this port offers the best infrastructure on the island.

You find gasoline, water and electricity for your boat there. The port can take tens of vessels, including private and large size boats. It is right in town and it offers everything the biggest urban center in Zante can provide. Ferries to Killini and to Italy depart and arrive from there.
